(2,100 words or about 10 moments of your company)

Apr 29, 2024

The streets of Georgia's capital Tbilisi have seen their biggest demonstration in recent years, triggered by the re-introduction of a foreign agent registration act.

This time with added fireworks after Aleko Elisashvili, the leader of the Citizens opposition party, punched Mamuka Mdinaradze, head of the ruling party, during a sitting of parliament on Apr 15.

This weekend there was one incident of police using pepper spray near parliament, otherwise the rally was peaceful as protesters spread out across Rustaveli Ave.

As usual, everybody and their dog is hijacking the bandwagon - lots of EU flags and slogans like "Georgia is Europe."

A three legged dog who I know lives in Giorgi Leonidze Park, off Rustaveli, has also joined the protests.

This has little to do with the law to register NGOs and make public their income and accounts. It would reveal who funds any NGO, political or otherwise, backed by anyone, U.S., EC, NATO or Russia.

The U.S. makes similar demands. In fact, American journalists living abroad have to be careful if they do work for non-U.S. news organisations or they'll end up having to register as a foreign agent.

On Apr 15, Georgian prime minister Irakli Kobakhidze met the ambassadors of the U.S., Robin Dunnigan, Britain, Mark Clayton, and the EU, Pawel Herczynski. They discussed the Bill on the Transparency of Foreign Influence - or the foreign agent registration act.

The PM said the bill seeks to make public the annual revenues of NGOs and media outlet - putting them on the same level as domestic institutions.

See Georgia's Colourful Riot Not Yet Revolution - Violent protest over registering 'foreign agents' timed for president's visit to U.S. (Mar 08, 2023)

Protesters are cheap, that's for sure, the first thing that jumped to mind when I saw the crowds in Tbilisi. Not polite to say, but the protests are scripted to a degree, as they were in Mar 2023.

George Soros of the Open Society Foundation actually has a connection to the U.S. campus protests (Students for Justice in Palestine) and the Tbilisi marches.

Soros' branch in Belgrade, the Yugoslav and Serbian capital, was among the earliest backers of Otpor, the Color Revolution specialists, wrote LA Times back in 2001. [1]

When Ukraine proposed a similar foreign accounting bill in 2017 which would have exposed the donors to NGOs, it was the Soros-funded "anti-corruption action center" AntAc that coordinated the opposition to the bill. [2]

Transparency International used to do good work but it has been taken over by the same private philanthropies and now, irony of ironies, TI is opposing transparency in Georgia.

Thus calling the bill a "Russian Law" has nothing to do with the content and is purely a slogan to rile Georgians.

The source is not hard to find. Kate Shoshiashvili of Transparency Ge is calling it "pro-EU rallies in protest of Russian law," conflating it with EU and NATO membership. The marches are a multi-issue expression of the leanings Georgians have towards the latter.

There does not seem to have been much advance in discussion in the year since protest over the same issue in March 2023. That makes one wonder why suddenly such large crowds. The situation bears watching closely.

Inorganic roots

Georgia's opposition is dominated by NGOs and media organisations which are financed by the European Union and U.S. foreign policy tools like USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy.

This allows them to hire capable individuals and in theory deploy protesters by the thousand, and also to monopolise the channels of communication between London, Brussels and Washington, and Tbilisi.

As Sapo Japaridze Tweeted on Apr 18:

"Many former members of the Georgian government are now part of Ukraine's administration, positioning them on the opposite side of the dual power dynamic in GE. These individuals hold the attention and sympathy of European and US politicians, further bolstering the strength and legitimacy of the anti-government forces in Georgia."

Context and colour

Last Oct, Georgian security service warned "Color Revolution teams" were active in South Caucasus.

The speaker of Georgia's parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, accused USAID of using its considerable financial resources to incite riots in foreign countries.

As we shall see, the head of USAID arrived in Armenia in September just as Yerevan's globalist-aligned prime minister gave up Ngorno Karabakh to Azerbaijan.

USAID funds the Centre for Applied Non-Violent Action and Strategies (CANVAS), a successor to Otpor! which orchestrated protests against Slobodan Miloševic after the election of Sep 2000, resulting in his resignation.

State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) published a video which it said showed foreign nationals from the group training activists in Tbilisi on how to bring down governments.

CANVAS and a United Nations affiliate, Civil Ge, denied it was fomenting unrest and stated its activities, in more than 50 countries, are "based on the non-violent struggle curriculum that is publicly available online."

Balancing act

Georgian Dream, now in its third consecutive term, would like to join the European Union and is aligned with NATO. On the other hand it has a big neighbour to the north, Russia, and another to the west, Turkey.

Since war in Ukraine, Georgia's economy has become more integrated with Russia, not less.

That's not what the Western analysts expected — and they don't like it. That's one reason they pressure the government. Tbilisi may be no friend of Russia (it calls it an occupier of Abkhazia and South Ossetia) however, Georgian Dream has tried to calm tensions with the Kremlin for reasons of practical self interest.

Keeping trade routes open facilitates economic opportunities for its people: bringing tourists in, and sending workers abroad, as emigrants. In turn they send money back home in the form of remittances. That means learning the regional languages, such as Turkish and Russian (which former president Mikheil Saakashvili began to phase out).

See Eurasia note #84: Georgia Warns U.S.-Backed Groups Plotting Unrest - Economic interests seeking control of land to reshape energy routes (Oct 04, 2023)

Flaring up

Last year, between the Maui fires and the Hamas attack in Gaza, tragedy unfolded in Armenia as Azerbaijan seized Ngorno Karabakh.

The latter two events were linked, as Israel supplied weaponry to Azerbaijan in advance of its invasion. The head of USAID, Samantha Power, arrived in Yerevan, on Sep 25 to coordinate events.

Associated Press wrote that in the months before the 24-hour blitz on Sep 19, Azeri military cargo planes repeatedly flew to southern Israel. Likewise before the 2020 war with Armenia, Haaretz counted 92 military cargo flights to Israel's Ovda airport.

Azerbaijan supplies 40 per cent of Israel's oil needs and with the profits, buys 70 per cent of its weaponry from Israel, including drones it used to overcome Armenian defences.

Baku denies that it hosts a base of Israeli covert operations against Iran.

Armenia's prime minster Nikol Pashinyan, who is aligned with the globalist World Economic Forum, essentially relinquished Karabakh. As a result of his actions, Russia said it was unable to defend Armenians, and its peacekeepers stood aside as the Azeris entered.

See Eurasia note #83 - Tragedy As Armenians Flee Karabakh -Yerevan yields Artsakh to Azerbaijan, Russia stands aside (Sep 26, 2023)

Oil routes

Armenians fell victim to power politics. The U.S. is keen to re-route Europe's energy supply from east-west to south-north.

Iran currently supplies gas to Azerbaijan's exclave Nakhchivan. A gas pipeline is being built through the Zangezur corridor which crosses the Armenian territory, Syunik.

This will give an uninterrupted connection from Azerbaijan's gas, connecting with the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline through Turkey.

In Sep 2022, while people were asking who blew up the Nord Stream pipeline, we pointed out the effort to change the axis of gas in Europe and the Mediterranean from East-West, to South North.

Central to that: the Levantine gas field off Gaza.

It was not possible to predict it would be achieved by the wholesale bombing of Gaza— but it was already clear who held the chips.

Unsafe European home

As crowds gathered in Tbilisi, the German Bundestag's foreign affairs committee chairman Michael Roth appeared on Georgian television to support the protests, calling Tbilisi the capital of Europe.

This tells you something: the impetus is coming from Washington and Brussel, from a European Commission that sees constant expansion as the only answer to Union's near insolvency.

Before the Maidan coup of 2014, the EC and NATO played cat and mouse with Ukraine. They lured Ukrainians away from Russia with hints of joining the Union.

The EC requires a high degree of economic convergence, and especially a reduction in corruption, before beginning the accession process.

It was unrealistic, even impossible, yet Ukrainians fell for it. Moreover, the EC was never going to allow a fully populated Ukraine into Europe because that would throw open the door to Russians to use it as a corridor.

A depopulated Ukraine, hostile to Russia and with a closed border — now that's a different matter.

Georgians should be wary of any offer that resembles that made to Ukraine in 2014; you might think they'd ask what that led to. The protesters do not ask because there is a large, inauthentic, activist presence among them.

Interim conclusion

The European Union is not a pot of gold… perhaps for politicians and a few useful NGOs.

To conclude, Georgia's desire to join the EU must be seen in context. Like Ukraine, it is likely that the EC regards it as way to further encroach on the Eurasian landmass, rather than celebrating European values.

If the EU is about values, those are not the same cultural values you cherish. In EU-bureaucrat-speak, values and trust are code for post-democractic government, as we discussed in our recent series on censorship, "Trust and Servitude" and will, again, in part two.

If the EC one day talks to a government that brings Georgia into the EU it is, sadly, unlikely that Brussels will embrace its culture.

So what is it that Georgia aspires to join? What is Europe?

Why did the EC-NATO find fault in previous attempts at multi-nation states such as Yugoslavia; and take part in a war that resulted in Yugoslavia's destruction?

As with war in Ukraine it would neutralise what NATO saw as a Russian satellite. But Yugoslavia was much more than Serbia. It was an example of Europe in action: west meeting east, communism meeting capitalism, and later one of the most successful socialist experiments.

If Tony Blair and Bill Clinton were serious about the Third Way, which came out of the Fabian London School of Economics from Prof Anthony Giddens, surely Yugoslavia was it.

Lest some sniff at socialism, the Western economies have moving towards a form of socialism-lite since WW2. Fabianism, as we often discuss, is the diversion of socialism into a form of monopoly capitalism with a client state.

So why did the Fabians-in-chief, Rhodes scholar Clinton and Rothschild functionary Blair, break up Yugoslavia? And since it was relatively small in the scheme of things, what does it tell us of their vision of Europe?

More importantly, in what image did they intend to build back better?

Today countries like Ukraine and Georgia, as Yugoslavia, are caught in not-so-frozen conflicts, with the similar transition economies.

Key issues include:

  • What is Europe, and why it found fault in previous attempts at multi-nation states such as Yugoslavia;

  • The EU's internal crisis and the solution of expansion;

  • What replaces European culture? The decline of the Franco-German axis;

  • Migration no longer a taboo topic - now it's the institutions themselves that must not be challenged;

  • Military redefines democracy - the relationship of NATO and the EC;

  • Carbon as the new colonizer - carbon credits a tool of imperialism;

  • Climate and migration as tools of change;

  • Virtual nations.

Arrest of Emory University professor Caroline Fohlin while interceding for students

Apr 28, 2024

It does not matter which powerful forces manipulate the world; students are waking up to the simple fact that they do.

Could the protests over Gaza lead to a broader challenge to the West's uniparty narrative?

The brutish foot of a policeman brings down a dancing teen who has discovered the Palestinian dabke as a form of defiance. They see their professors handcuffed. They hear pro-Israeli protesters outside the encampments giving voice to their own perception — all can open the doors.

Each one of these individuals, even those in uniform, is capable of awakening to the fact that events are manipulated for reasons that are not stated openly, and often lied about in the media.

This is a time for students in particular to discover that however urgent the cause, events happen within a grander scheme.

That's the optimist

The more cautious gloss is that billionaires are once again manipulating protest.

With one hand they penalise university presidents for tolerating pro-Palestine gatherings; with the other they finance them.

George Soros's Open Society Foundation is funding Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR). [1]

It is just another layer in the kaleidoscope of divide and rule: to criticise Soros, even if he's funding SJP, is anti-Semitic.

If you take cash or talking points from any billionaire donor, Republican, Democratic, Zionist, or those who position themselves as youth friendly, like Soros, you are playing into the same hands.

The tumult that confronts us is not about Left and Right. It is no longer sufficient to object: what would happen were the boot on the other foot. We must challenge orthodoxies and accommodate others with different loyalties. Old paradigms no longer fit.

Cute political analyses and critical theories don't help when politicians are fixated on grabbing resources, minerals, agricultural land and energy, while treating their own people as expendable.

It is not only in Gaza that Western politicians cheer on war.

The protests

The Columbia students, and those on a fast-growing list of colleges, have a specific objective: for universities to disclose their investments and divest from all Israeli companies.

Added to this, they want an amnesty for all students, especially those who have been arrested.

They have studied the student protests of the 1960s, inviting veterans of that era to speak. The universities also followed the script from 50 years ago: calling in the police to break up protests.

Emory university came close to being a flashpoint, as police evoked Kent State, using tear gas and rubber bullets to clear students, and at some colleges posting snipers on rooftops. Professors who tried to intervene to protect their students were shoved to the ground.

At the time of writing, The Independent published an article by Richard Hall which adds further insights.

Today's students are as prepared as their forebears: they organised security at their encampments; set up communications; conducted de-estcalation training; schooled their fellows in giving interviews to media. [2]

The dialectic

Young people have been co-opted into activism by universities whose administrators who now are surprised at the direction their young "change agents" have taken on the issue of Palestine.

Is this a happy accident. Is it possible that students may next confront the repression they will face in the name of Climate Change?

Could repression on campuses open minds? Could it trigger students to reconsider all they've been told?

Have they learned to read between the lines and spot when the media is blatantly trying to manipulate their minds and behaviour?

The Guardian made the connection in January. It did not blame the war on Climate Change but it did point readers in that direction — "Emissions from Israel's war in Gaza have 'immense' effect on climate catastrophe." [3]

Greenhouse gas emissions, according to The Guardian

You might consider the article fatuous until you spot the manipulation, like Jonathan Glazer's The Zone of Interest, about the wall dividing the family of camp commandant Rudolf Höss from Auschwitz. The "zone of interest" is quite clearly Gaza and the wall one which divided it from a techno party. As Simon Elmer writes, don't forget how propaganda manipulates your perspective. [4]

Given that Hollywood distracts us, billionaires play both sides in a war, and the media tells us the overarching issue is climate change, you have all the evidence you need to innoculate yourself against propaganda. The next issue is to ask where it leads.

Glory to War

Let's take another example.

It's curious that The Guardian doubles down on praising Ukraine's fascist Azov Battalion when the media has done its best for two years to look the other way.

The timing is likely no accident: "Elite force bucks trend of Ukrainian losses on eastern front." It is a nudge to remind students who they should be supporting, though the epaulettes are stripped of offending symbols. [5]

Perhaps the propagandists seek to innoculate campus students with an antidote to Palestine — the objective being to derail young people, by telling them where their loyalties should lie.

This may work because we develop our "BS detector" only over time.

In our 20s we are angered by the injustices of the world and want to end them, "by any means necessary."

By our 30s we begin to recognise how these injustices do not go away but replicate. Some people stop caring at this point, turning away from harsh reality. Others decide that, however nasty reality, they will carry on trying to understand it.

The change is not only intellectual but social. The soul mates of our 20s may call us as traitors to the cause. We may see that we benefit from those injustices against which we railed, and be forced to confront the insitutions that we inhabit, from which we profit.

The simplistic view of progress we were taught at school, that every day, in every way, we get better and better, is nothing more than a nursery rhyme.

Wars are not a battle of good against evil but manipulations in which the good are thrown, by the evil among them, to the wolves.

Slowly we learn that governments do not uniformly care for our well being — shock, horror, they are not mummy and daddy writ large, but just as likely to be the deceiving relative that cheats and betrays.

If we learn something about how money works, it becomes so much simpler to see: how they use inflation to steal from the people; that even if you manage to buy a home, its magical rise in value is mostly the currency withering away. It just takes more pounds or dollars to buy the same thing.

Most of us gain such insights only with time. There are few shortcuts, and no easy pill, only the unavoidable bitter aftertaste for those who can stand it.

Who's next

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken threatens China if it continues to supply Russia in order to "power its industrial base."

Are young people ready to go to war to back Blinken's bluster?

There are signs they will not. Apart from those in the bubble of the top universities, the majority of young face a life of hard work, perhaps two jobs.

Hard times make gritty, practical people, who have no time for "luxury beliefs." It is such people who will decide the direction the United States takes, and the rest of the West.

They face worsening internal conditions, from open borders to a government that abandons its duty to maintain order and functioning services at home, preferring to print money to fight wars abroad.

Then there's the agenda grouped under Net Zero, and carbon taxes and credits. Will that agenda be imposed before the majority wake up to it; or will the financial markets tank, bond markets leading all assets lower?

The question is who will suffer first: those just entering the work force, or those with assets to lose. Neither will act until the pain touches them personally.

If financial collapse takes out the middle class, how will they respond? The conditions exist for civil war, but those roused to arms may not rise up from the office cubicles (though they may yet!)

It will be people with grit. Like the union leader who greeted Trump in New York City this week and said his duty was to his construction workers, not the globalist higher ups.

Faced with the defection of such union workers to Trump, how will the establishment react? Does it continue to provoke civil war, in which the target will be not people against each other, but the people against the establishment?

Or will it impose a clampdown in the name of Climate Change, perhaps even before the Nov 2024 U.S. general election?

Or, does it provoke an external adversary, as we witness in the attempt to play Russia and China like cymbals?

And how will the students react?

Share

Generational shift

We have mentioned young people just entering the work force, the middle class office dwellers, and the manual workers who continue to abandon the Democratic Party.

Each cohort may respond differently but they face the same fate. Why do you think another, imported cohort is flooding across the borders?

The Keynesian monetary system is a Ponzi: it needs to keep bringing more people into the scheme to keep paying the cost of welfare and medicine. When the population stops growing, Keynesian economics fails.

Too far in the future, perhaps, for students to care. Actually U.S. Social Security and Medicare are set to go bankrupt within a decade.

At the same time the mechanics of work are changing, and the geography. While Blinken rails against China, those who finance the uniparty are looking to foreign lands and new trade routes.

This does not mean the syndicates of oiler bankers are set on a single industrial location, nor that it will be managed by cat-stroking autocrats sitting around the table of a one-world government.

It does mean that in order to reshape those trade routes, shutter old industries and open new, they are prepared to transfer whole populations and reassign territories on a grand scale, as did the Soviet Union and China during their industrialisation - and arguably the USA during its Manifest Destiny.

That means we face a common fate, perhaps dispossessed, and no direction home. We were promised, weren't we, a new normal, no going back to the way things were.

Those entering the markets must consider this: if you have few skills to offer the economy today, you will have nothing to offer tomorrow.

Getting enhanced with Neuralink will not help, because the moment it works, everyone will want it.

AI will increase productivity, but also unemployment.

Don't be a puppet

There is a certain poetry to the panic, of those who created that which they demonize.

Senate minority leader, Mitch McConnell, has called to disperse "antisemitic, pro-terrorist mobs."

Universities have promoted activism as an end in itself — against what, was often left unsaid. Whose struggles they were fighting remained just as vague, though those who follow these things know where to look.

"Reimagining Democracy Through Student Activism" is the title of an Inside Higher Ed article, of Dec 2022.

Activism required a target and that was provided by using identity politics to pick at old wounds, for example reviving racial stereotypes and segretation in the cause of fighting racism.

History, literature and philosophy are not the only disciplines riddled with the rhetoric of oppressor-oppressed, intersectionality and reality squeezed into the mold of diversity, equity and inclusivity.

The universities created a golem — defined variously as an uncivilised person, or a representation of that which the potter fears, neither good nor evil but simply an inversion of themselves — and now it stares back.

They took a society that was coasting along, and then focused intensely on every fault, real or imagined, and gave it human form in the universities, from which the golem army would infiltrate corporations, media, entertainment and even the church.

The current protests are a much-needed counterweight to the uniform media, and the silence and complicity of corporations and politicians who do nothing but follow the money.

And yet take away the single issue of Palestine and the golem remains.

When the time comes the same protesters may be used to promote wedge issues, to divide, alienate or rally support to issues from gender to Climate Change.

Similarly a "right wing" wedge might may stoke tensions in a target population on the issues of race, immigration or security.

Members of the Patriotic Front, which some consider to be "glowies" — so clearly a creation of the three-letter agencies that they glow — were arrested after they posted "reclaim America" stickers on a masonic lodge in Idaho.

This technique of wedge politics saves the uniparty from cultivating demographics. They can simply use the media and education system to indoctrinate cohorts, by dividing and selling them an identity.

The Woke DEI propaganda is very good at selling a lie — and actually it is not hard if the schools have already trained the youth how to respond to particular trigger words — and it works with all cohorts.

The Great Firewall of Common Sense is being looped around the Internet, sending people back into their filter bubble. Will students have their moment of outrage, before they are roped back inside the pen, ensuring they make no connection between the war on Gaza and other wars to come — including the war on humanity in the name of saving the Earth?

Don't embody other people's neuroses, nor do their bidding. Above all, don't be a puppet.

U.S. protestors against censorship at office of Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand in 2012

Apr 25, 2024

What objective does censorship serve? The U.S. Congress has provided a masterclass.

It just approved another $95 billion in military spending for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. In the very same bill it banned TikTok if its parent company does not sell to an American buyer.

The real objection to TikTok, one of the less censored platforms, is that it's popular with young people who, at the moment, have a greater tendency to sympathise with Palestinians.

Tomorrow, it could be another cause, a different people; perhaps your own.

Passed at record speed, already signed by the president, the law allows for banning TikTok from the U.S. unless it is surrendered within 90 days to the likes of Larry Fink's BlackRock or Silicon Valley's Big Tech investors or East Coast hedge funds.

In short, Congress hands over your money, then silences your objections. Just like they did with another multi-billion dollar "bung," to Pfizer and Moderna for the 'coof shot, America got hate speech laws and censorship so that they could not criticise it.

You'd almost think Congress fears exposure for laundering money to itself. Except this censorship effort is global. Congress has merely been paid off.

'Can't you hear the thunder?'

What thunder?

Australia has seen a series of most peculiar stabbings, leading up to one attack at which politicians leapt into action, calling for a dramatic expansion in censorship.

This was the attack on an Iraqi-born, Assyrian Australian prelate, in Wakeley, New South Wales.

It was portrayed as racial or religious attack by a young Muslim, who from his incompetence — his knife apparently snapped shut on his fingers — and smirking face seemed to be under some sort of influence.

To a man and woman, Australia's establishment rose as one, demanding global censorship of the livestreamed attack, in order to stop racist speech or violence.

There had been little such outrage the previous week when a stabbing in a Bondi shopping mall was wrongly blamed on a Muslim (by a British MP) and then on a Jew (by Australia's Channel 7).

This "misinformation" may have been orchestrated.
See Iran, Israel In Slow Dance To War (Apr 15, 2024).

Now the Uniparty of Labor, Liberal and Green, is suddenly demanding the images be blacked out and banned. Not just in Australia, which if they were honestly concerned about violence would be enough, but globally.

Australia's eSafety Kommisar decreed the images "damaging content" and ordered Twitter/X to prevent any sharing, at a maximum penalty of $500,000 per contravention.

X owner Elon Musk agreed to restrict images in the country but objected "if ANY country is allowed to censor content for ALL countries... then what is to stop any country from controlling the entire Internet?"

Share

Australia's prime minister Anthony Albanese called Musk an "arrogant billionaire" for refusing to comply; Australian Senator Jacqui Lambie for him to be jailed.

Clearly this is not about Australia:

  • Policing speech where the news pertains only to certain groups

  • Allowing some to incite violence but not others

  • Maximising incidents, minimising protests

  • Divide and rule morphing into self-censorship

Censorship backfires

Bear in mind the Streisand effect, where the attempt to suppress information instead draws attention. If officials huff and puff in public we might justly suspect it's for show.

It recalls the Christchurch mosque shootings in March 2019. In that case social media sites including Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Twitter responded to calls from the New Zealand government to remove the video from their platforms.

As per Wikipedia, which according to its co-founder is compromised by the corporate-military establishment, "The attack was linked to an increase in white supremacy and alt-right extremism globally observed since about 2015."

There's your narrative.

The European Commission vice president for "values and transparency," the Czech politician Věra Jourová, ponders whether "it's a good thing to have the digital sphere to influence… real life."

The Aussie from WEF-USA

The person in charge of Australia's attempt to censor the world is an American citizen, a contributor to the World Economic Forum and, for all we know, has had the same CIA-adjacent training as NPR's Katherine Maher.

The coming propaganda blitz has an underlying agenda so obvious it is hard to put down on paper, because it is everywhere and yet banal.

Democracy is being crushed in the name of saving democratic institutions. The people's voice, if heard just once each four years, must now be eliminated.

Consent is to be manufactured, polarisation punished, and everyone made comfortable in group think (to "make someone comfortable" being the hospital euphemism for euthanise).

If you cannot see a dialectic — problem, reaction, solution; divide and rule; the bread and circuses — take off those rose spectacles right now and subscribe.

Faced with something so grim, only humour cuts to the chase.

Politicians behave like they are reading from a script. These pretty boys and girls know little about the world, absolutely nothing about strategic politics — and yet how loudly they demand we fight Russia, Iran, China to "support our way of life."

Three years ago they didn't know NATO from their elbow.

We cling to the absurd notion that Western nations are guided by statesmen who care for the economic interest of their people, says Harry Vox acidly:

"There is this mish-mash of former states that have been taken over but a bunch of, like, hotties and other scumbags that Klaus Schwab has selected because of his sexual preference."

They are placeholders to advance Schwab's mantra of public-private partnership; corporate profit combined with the government's monopoly on violence: "The government holds you down; the corporation sticks it in you."

Or as Ned Beatty put it in Paddy Chayefsky's Network (1976):

"There are no nations. There are no peoples. There are no Russians. There are no Arabs. There are no third worlds. There is no West… It is the international system of currency which determines the totality of life on this planet. That is the natural order of things today."

As Paul Cudenec states, "authority is wielded in the interests of a group which neither identifies with the people as a whole nor is prepared to be guided by its wishes." It imposes its goals by persuasion, propaganda and deceit, and if necessary physical violence. [1]

See Bloody Thoughts – The people against the 'elites' and other psychiatric patients (Feb 22, 2022)

We let it happen

Universal rights, starting with property, are being overthrown, quashed and cancelled. People are broken down into ever-smaller groups based on identity.

The U.S. House of Representatives has taken measures which allow it to fund proxy wars in perpetuity by seizing private property.

Last weekend it slipped the so-called TikTok bill 7521 into the Ukraine-Israel aid bill. Under the guise of countering Chinese influence and TikTok specifically, this gives power to the Executive to "compel divestiture."

This lets the government force the sale of tangible and intangible assets — real estate, stock holdings and investments. Crucially, it centralizes this power in the Executive arm of government, giving the president power to seize anyone's assets; not only foreigners but citizens.

In March senator Marco Rubio also introduced the Sanctions Recovery Act S.3913 to incentivise the Treasury to go after the assets of foreigenrs, by letting the Treasury recover its costs from those assets.

It is already indicting citizens under the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), seizing their assets, and using them to fund the war in Ukraine.

Together these measures make possible the continuous funding of proxy wars (the last time the U.S. declared war was 1942) by expropriating private property.

The Departments of Justice and Commerce, together with the U.S. Treasury, have what they call the Kleptocapture Task Force.

In May 2023 a court in the southern district of New York targeted Russian dual-citizen Konstantin Malofeyev in a sealed (secret) indictment, seized his Texas bank account containing $5.4 million, and unsealed (informed the public) only once the deed was done.

This power has been centralised under the authority of the president. And it applies to anyone.

Enemy of the people

The attitude of the U.S. government and the media-bureacrat class is captured in the words of state broadcaster Radio Free Europe:

"Malofeyev, a Kremlin-connected media tycoon who is openly infatuated with Russia's imperialist, Orthodox heritage, has been under Western sanctions since 2014 for his role fomenting uprisings in parts of southern and eastern Ukraine and facilitating Russia's occupation of Ukraine's Crimea region."

Whatever you think of Russian monarchists, consider the language: "openly infatuated with Russia's imperialist, Orthodox heritage."

Close your eyes and you can hear Chairman Mao railing against the capitalist U.S. aggressor and the "running dogs of imperialism."

The latest operative to mount the stage as a "trusted voice" is strong on image.

She has the markers we have been trained to admire: statuesque poise, gravelly voice, staccato Ted Talk delivery (did anyone say NLP?).

As the former boss of Wikipedia and the new head of National Public Radio in the United States, she has strong views on what you need to know.

In Katherine Maher's formulation, there is no truth. We each have "my truth" and we should not focus on the truth. We should focus "on the best of what we can know, right now."

"Seeking the truth, and seeking to convince others of the truth, might not be the right place to start."

In Maher's own words, her role is to manufacture consensus, or as professor Noam Chomsky put it, to manufacture consent.

"Our reverence for the truth might be a distraction that's getting in the way of finding common ground."

These statements sent the comedians Jimmy Dore and Kurz Metzger into such paroxysms they're essential viewing. [1]

She is a handsome Millennial, the daughter of a banker who has spent her entire working life in the corporatist think tanks.

The leather jacket is a throwback to the Seventies: Suzi Quatro, Joan Jett, Debbie Harry. All she lacks is a boa constrictor to strangle the truth.

Katherine Maher has a message: censorship is glamorous, global and for the greater good. Don't think; get down with authoritah.

Impossible feat

Katherine is lab grown: a career consisting of a round of appointments to top corporate, military, security, media, globalist and intergovernmental institutions that stretch credibility, given that she is barely out of her 30s.

The Council on Foreign Relations, Eurasia Group, HSBC, UNICEF (working on AIDS), the National Democratic Institute, World Bank (doing ICT), Access Now (cybersecurity), U.S. State Department and head of Wikimedia (Wikipedia).

It is not unusual in corporations to have influential families whose scions are treated to promotion and superior terms and conditions. I saw this myself in Reuters. But when a person is promoted across numerous institutions they are wafted by a not-so-hidden hand.

That's no exaggeration. Remember Nina Jankowicz, another creation of NATO's information wars, though five years younger, who was the head of the Department of Homeland Security's Disinformation Governance Board and was groomed for essentially the same role, until Nina's 99 balloons went up?

See: Rant In Age Of Narrative - Military exposed in butt clench of public discourse (Jan 31, 2023)

Maher's prescription

Maher, as befits an alumnus of the World Economic Forum and the Atlantic Council (NATO's propaganda arm), lays out the formula to "regain trust."

The WEF's "The Great Narrative" conference in Dubai in Nov 2021 is the clue. These self-described elites are genuinely fearful that the people do not listen to them.

As Ngaire Woods told that forum:

"People don't need to love their government but they need a government to ensure that other citizens will act in a decent way, so that they, too, can act in a decent way. They need government to be competent and fair and non-self-enriching."

Without trust you get fear, and fearful people vote to break government.

"The good news is the elites across the world trust each other more and more, so we can come together and design and do beautiful things together. The bad news is that in every single country they were polling, the majority of people trusted their elites less.

Many of these "elites," terrified that no-one likes them, are bureaucrats who answer to globalist entities. Lurking deep in their psyche is the knowledge that they were not elected and have no mandate: perhaps they fear they may be lynched.

Since Covid, when the globalists shot their bolt, speaking in unison and imposing identical lockdowns and mandates, the very uniformity of their instruction has been their undoing.

That they magically adopted the same policies — and as Pfizer's former chief scientific officer Michael Yeadon points out, made the same mistakes — beggars belief.

The public can compare the rising excess mortality, the extremity of government measures, the number of shots and the very words of Jacinda Ardern, Scott Morrison, Boris Johnson and Matt Hancock, and Justin Trudeau — and more crucially bureaucrats at all levels of government — and draw their own conclusions.

The challenge to the self-proclaimed elites is to prevent the people drawing conclusions.

The answer, as brazen as it is stupid, is to tell people to stop thinking.

In the words of Wharton business school: "How leaders can regain trust in untrusting times."

Maher has been pushed to the front of the stage to give the audience an answer.

Wikipedia's beadle

Before continuing, consider the view of Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger, who says that the go-to online source has been ideologically corrupted, in particular by Western intelligence agencies.

This raises the possibility that former Wikipedia CEO Katherine Maher collaborated with U.S. intelligence.

She is now head of NPR. Sanger says that, if NPR were committed to truth, it would fire her "right away."

Share

Katherine Maher is such an obvious globalist creation, and so in your face, that it is clear she is being marketed to younger people to get them on board with censorship and doublethink.

Orwell's version, you'll recall, was a formulation in which people are fed conflicting ideas as truth — each contradicting the other as well as observed reality. People were required to believe and repeat obvious contradictions in order "fit in" and gain advancement.

The image of death from the skies has always been as psychological as real

Apr 16, 2023

A prominent Israeli journalist has said that if the people knew what their leaders were planning on Iran, they would head to the airport.

Media headlines falsely imply that Iran struck Israel out of the blue. "Israel on high alert as it weighs response to Iranian attack" is Monday's headline from The Guardian.

A lot of people are left with no idea that Iran's attack on Israel was retaliation after Israel bombed Iran's embassy in Syria, killing senior officials.

Yet without this crucial piece of context the events are misrepresented.

This type of misinformation is precisely how the people are manipulated and marched off to war.

Share

Israel did not tell the United States of its plans to bomb Iran's consulate in Damascus until the attack was underway on Apr 1. "Joe Biden has privately expressed concern that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is trying to drag the U.S. more deeply into a broader conflict," said NBC News.

Iran, for its part, did indeed notify the U.S. and neighbouring countries 72 hours before Saturday's strike.

This is why the day before Iran's counterstrike the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed with its biggest weekly loss since Mar 2023.

For individuals, the prospect of war is inflationary. with competition for commodities a cause and effect of war.

The attack

Israeli journalist Ronen Bergman writes:

"Israel did not coordinate the assassination operation in Damascus with the United States. The IDF Operations Directorate updated them about the operation only simultaneously with the bombing of the building. The Americans were infuriated. They are very concerned and feel that Israel has put them exactly in the situation they tried to avoid."

Israel then appealed to the United Nations, the same body it has studiously ignored since Oct 7.

Iran justified its response under Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations and recognized by international law. "This concluded action was necessary and proportionate."

More important is what comes next. Journalist Bergman has a remarkable quote from a source with knowledge of Israeli discussions on Iran:

"If the talks were broadcast live on YouTube, you'd have four million people clamouring at Ben Gurion airport trying to get out of here."

The objectives of war are discussed below.

Slow beginnings

As CNN comments: "Iran's attack seemed planned to minimize casualties while maximizing spectacle."

It targeted Israeli military installations on the Golan Heights. Although about 100 missiles and 200 drones swarmed the skies, no-one was killed.

This is presented as the success of Israel's "Iron Dome" and yet a) Iran was not targeting civilians and b) Israel has not admitted what damage was done to secure military sites.

Israel has published images of craters which are obviously holes dug by shovel because the contents of the holes are piled nearby. Misinformation this blatant is intended to ridicule the less informed viewer: they are laughing at us. (See next subsection).

The heaviest damage of Iran's ballistic missile attack occurred on a secret intelligence base in the Golan Heights, about which the IDF has imposed a media ban, so the damage cannot be assessed, according to Hebrew language media.

The U.S. has an advanced AN/TPY-2 X-band radar stationed at Har Qeren, in the Negev desert. It failed to deter these attacks, says former UN weapons inspector and marine Scott Ritter.

Sydney distraction

While some in the mainstream alternative media try hard to avoid mentioning Gaza at all, the mainstream legacy media amplifies the narrative of a "clash of civilisations" by misrepresenting events.

The result is the viewer is summoned to take sides in a conflict whose purpose, let alone origin, is obscured and undefined for the public.

The Sydney stabbings happened just after 3 p.m. on Saturday, or 8 a.m. Israel time, a few hours after Iran's overnight attacks had ended.

Julia Hartley-Brewer and Tom Tugendhat MP were among those who seized upon the Sydney knife man for political capital.

Considerable personalities perhaps, not some random Twit, whatever your opinion of those individuals.

By the 8 p.m. in the evening Australia's Channel 7 had switched tack and named (it turned out falsely) Benjamin Cohen as the culprit: a 20-year-old student at the University of Technology Sydney.

Misidentified on Twitter/X his name was supposedly picked up by the station and repeated. Yet 8 p.m. is almost five hours after the knife man had been shot and killed.

Australian broadcasters, like almost all in the West, have been staunchly pro Israel everything. They have fired journalists for Palestinian leanings, such as Antoinette Lattouf, after the Australian Broadcasting Corporation discovered she had posted a Human Rights Watch report.

Are we to believe Channel 7 was so careless, even describing him as "40-year-old lone-wolf attacker Benjamin Cohen" and failing to notice that's an unlikely age for a student?

Subscribe now

Callous pantomime

While not yet knowing if anyone had died in Iran's attack on Israel, and ignoring the continued violence and killing in Gaza, Hartley-Brewer, Tugendhat and Channel 7 perpetrated what can only be called a callous pantomime over the dead bodies of the stabbed.

They yelled to their audience in a call-and-response, first to the right half of the forum, and then to the left:

"Is he a Muslim?"

The audience is primed to respond: "Yes, he is a terrorist!"

"Is he a Jew?"

The other half responds: "Yes, he is called Benjamin!"

The perpetrator is later revealed to be have been a male escort, perhaps homeless, and described by his distraught father as mentally ill, but this gets far less attention — it is the first impressions that stick.

If you cannot see the technique, let me explain as a 35-year veteran of network news. The aim was to shoehorn a tragic stabbing into Muslim-Jew paradigm as a proxy for Iran and Israel.

Is this "mindlessly" propagating misinformation, as the traduced student Ben Cohen later complained, or more nefarious? [1]

Regardless of background or trigger for the stabbings, the mainstream media took full advantage, playing it forward into public perception.

It cannot be denied that such attacks are used as distraction but with a subliminal message, always fitting the dominant narrative.

It shoves war and conscription off the front pages. It dominates the headlines with an allegorical representation of what the power brokers want the public to think.

A less informed populace, manipulated by prejudice and stereotypes, will draw the conclusions it is given.

It may fit into a bigger triptych or tapestry, given the dropping in of a 33, the age of "Johnny," a witness to the Sydney attacks.

Sometimes the story or legend is less apparent — or maybe we think too hard. Remember the Miami mystery of Jan 2024, the alien drip feed. [2]

Objectives of war

The real danger of WW3 is evident from the uniform declarations by Western politicians that we are on the brink.

This is the same group behaviour that we saw in spring 2020, confronted with an outbreak of coronavirus (with cold and flu-like characteristics) when the world's politicians declared a Great Reset to Build Back Better.

These leaders get out of bed each morning facing a different personal and political crisis, with a new set of butterflies in the stomach.

Britain's defence minister Grant Shapps got out of bed with a new name, using multiple personalities in his previous career as an internet marketeer.

Some lead double lives, like French president Emmanuel Macron and Canada's prime minister Justin Trudeau. Others are plucked from the lower ranks of regional government having been groomed by Klaus Schwab's Young Global Leaders training programme, financed by the world's biggest corporations.

Share

Globalist history

Let us not kid ourselves that these individuals generate the words that come out of their mouths — especially when those identical phrases are synchronized.

For six moths they have been telling Western populations to prepare for war. They looked to Russia and Ukraine; now they look to Israel and Iran; with an occasional glance at China. The flashpoint could be anywhere.

In the past the lighting of bonfires on hilltops was a signal to raise the army; for two centuries the English establishment's objective was to block good relations with Spain, to prevent the King brokering a marriage — and so transpired the Gunpowder Plot, and the stashing of explosives under the English parliament.

In the 17th century England wanted war with Spain; 200 years later Russia became the bogeyman. In both cases the merchant adventurers aimed to dominate trade and suppress competition. Today is no different.

The bonfires and gunpowder plots stand ready, for repeat against another adversary, under another flag.

The Triumph of Death, Giacomo Borlone, 1485

Apr 13, 2024

Research has already established a genetically-modified third hand... flapping beside, on the left, links between the blackmail-extortion-finance racket that was Maxwell-Epstein and, on the other hand, research into mRNA and nano particles in the top universities.

Those who own and control television, news outlets and large-reach publications (including the science journals) are strands of the same apparatus that facilitates, directs and disguises such research.

Investigations continue to reveal blackmail rings, from Maxwell-Epstein to P-Diddy, following from Roy Cohn and J Edgar Hoover. No-one can say why or how they achieved their purpose or what was the object or result of their efforts.

Microscopy continues to reveal strange structural formations in the blood after the mass roll-out of the Covid shot. No-one can say why or how, or by whom they were disseminated, or what is their purpose — though we are seeing the effects.

The mechanisms have been exposed. The objective is as yet unclear.

TL;DR

There is a lively debate over the possibility of the Covid injectable being contaminated, by design, by sloppiness or not at all.

There is, at the very least, a wide variation in side effects between batches. Some researchers imply that lots were varied for "in vivo" testing - former president Barack Obama said: "We've essentially clinically tested the vaccine on billions of people worldwide."

Others concede there was contamination, but imply it was not deliberate. When reports first emerged of researchers claiming to see nano fragments in 2021, a Reuters fact check said they were contamination by dust particles and fibres.

In Oct 2023 evidence emerged that the mRNA injectable approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medical Association — even under emergency use authorisation — could not be manufactured at scale and was replaced with a "dirty" formula that was not the one given emergency use authorization. This contained "plasmoid DNA" fragments. The version called Cominarty which received FDA approval in Aug 2022, was never manufactured at scale.

Phillip Buckhaults, a cancer genomics expert, and professor at the University of South Carolina has testified before a South Carolina Senate medical affairs ad-hoc committee about contamination of the Covid injectables with DNA fragments. Here is a quote of the FDA's response.

The word used by Dr Peter McCullough for the shot is a "military countermeasure." The injection's development by the Pentagon and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has been traced through patents, contracts and grants by Dr David Martin, Katherine Watt, Sasha Latypova and others.

Bio-digital fusion

Micro implantables or lipid nanoparticles (LNP) are central to the merger of man and machine.

You may consider this to be the stuff of science fiction but Yuval Harari and Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum talk about it all the time: "The fusion of our physical, our digital, and our biological identities." as the latter puts it.

Pay attention to the words. He does not say "merge," in which physical and digital identity may overlap, but "fuse". And why not say the physical body, if that's what he means, but specifically your "biological" identity?

Subscribe now

Desire or intent

Perhaps they are psychotic: Harari and Schwab hardly help the image.

The researcher Dr. David Nixon told Christopher James on the podcast "A Warrior Calls":

"The (the WEF) make these really confident claims about how we are all hackable animals, and how we are going to own nothing and be happy. We're going to build back better and so forth.

Where does that confidence come from? It either comes from being completely psychotic, which is clearly part of it, or these people know something that we don't. And I am concerned that this is part of what they know that we don't; and we need to understand this fast." [1]

Telly time!Na-nu, na-nu

Nanotech research is at least 60 years old - a couple of decades before the 1978 US television show Mork & Mindy. American physicist and Nobel Prize laureate Richard Feynman introduced the concept of nanotechnology in 1959. Blackmail, on the third hand, is as old as the hills.

Klaus Schwab, co-founder of the World Economic Forum has spoken of implantable circuitry that would allow people to communicate like Mork.

If a "conspiracy theorist" listens to those who promote themselves as "thought leaders" then we can say, in some cases, such people are one and the same.

Share

Families, tribes, networks

If we don't talk about the Epstein-mRNA/ DNA science link, it's not for lack of knowledge.

We can even see overlaps between this military, pharma, big tech media operation: the Maxwell family has a long history in scientific publication and the promotion of particular scientists. It was Ghislaine's father Robert who first held glamorous parties to promote scientists as celebrities.

See Maxwell Case: Surveilled And Silenced - Twitter censors trial coverage as FBI connections broached (Dec 10, 2021)

Robert (born Ján Ludvík Hoch) made his money as a media proprietor (most notably Pergamon Press, originally Butterworth and controlled by Western intelligence, and later the Daily Mirror). As a spy he was involved in the transfer of Promis surveillance software and the arrest of nuclear scientist Mordechai Vanunu.

Epstein's focus was also scientists, especially in nanotech and gene manipulation — as misdirection he spoke almost ludicrously of wanting to father his own race of children. [2]

An island, off limits

The legacy media won't go there. Much of the mainstream alternative media is equally allergic to what may wash up on the beach. This reveals a third strand to our quest: ownership and control of the media.

One reason the international press shy away from these connections is the incestuous and dynastic nature of politics today. The press talks of nepo babes in the entertainment industry but it is equally a feature of politics.

U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's step-father Samuel Pisar was Robert Maxwell's long time lawyer and consigliere He's not the only one. Attorney General in the previous administration William Barr, who is a former CIA lawyer, is the son of the man who gave Epstein his first job - as an unqualified maths teacher at the Dalton School.

Avoiding embarrassment to those in power may not be the reason.

NLP, LNP

Neuro linguistic programming may ensure a gushing response in the press to the concept of lipid nanoparticles. Yet with the release of mRNA shots the toxicity of lipid nanoparticles (LNP) attracted attention.

It is only now that LNP-mRNA is being identified as something that causes hypersensitivity reactions, or HSRs, which can manifest as anaphylaxis, myocarditis, throat swelling, respiratory failure and haemodynamic changes or alterations to the blood visible under the microscope.

Some blame the spike protein, others say the component that creates most adverse reaction is PEGylated lipid within LNP-mRNA.

The journal Nature published a study whose abstract begins by heaping praise on mRNA's "transformative technology" before weaselling in the main finding: "avoiding unacceptable toxicity with mRNA drugs and vaccines presents challenges." [3]

Scientists know they must tread carefully when challenging research that has been canonized as government policy, consecrated by state funding, and sanctified as Da Science.

The Nature study is behind a paywall, not fully obscured, but why hidden at all?

The WEF may seem like a forum for futurists and dreamers but it brings together the world's most powerful corporations, and it serves as a training ground for politicians, the "Young Global Leaders" (founded in 1992 as "Global Leaders for Tomorrow").

Thus corporations and politicians are joined at the hip with bureaucrats and the institutions of international government.

In 2019 it joined up with the United Nations as the "UN-Forum Partnership" to implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which they renewed in 2023 with the objective of "catalysing" the Net Zero carbon and climate agendas by 2025.

The agreement in 2019 focused on six policies: financing the 2030 Agenda, Climate Change, health, digital cooperation, gender equality and empowerment of women, education and skills.

The initial four goals are concrete — SMART cities, Net Zero, the decade of vaccines and digital ID — but the final three provide the cover story and the emotional impulse or dysphoria.

Distractions and dead ends

We must weigh news not only according to what the media says but by what it denies, and how strongly.

Any discussion of health measures immediately attracts the Fakt Cheka like flies on the proverbial.

Are these even health measures? Covid was a massive response by bureaucrats worldwide, often bypassing leaders and legislatures, who mouthed the identical words, "reset and build back better."

They locked down society, distanced and quarantined the healthy, censored protestors, using police to brutalise dissenters, and mandated shots for many professions – for a coronavirus or relative of the common cold.

Then they arrested the man behind the technology.

(2,400 words or about 12 minutes of your company)

Apr 11, 2024

The pattern of behaviour is so similar to the U.S. that some are asking if the CIA and FBI are at work in Brazil.

The country has followed an eerie pattern to the United States after the Nov 2020 election:

  • globalists accuse Russia of interference to support Donald Trump/Jair Bolsonaro;

  • law enforcement agrees to political demands to censor opponents;

  • protests at congress portrayed as "insurrection" — Jan 6 and Jan 8;

  • both leaders are accused of attempting a coup;

  • state security services used the "insurrection" to justify further censorship.

The manipulation of social media is conducted at the highest levels of state security. After Telegram and Alphabet's Google joined a campaign against a proposed internet regulation bill, Alexandre de Moraes, justice of the Federal Supreme Court and president of the Superior Electoral Court, ordered the investigation of politicians, journalists and social media executives.

When people complained about the electoral court on social media, the court targeted those accounts, demanding they be demonetized and that information critical of the court be hidden by algorithm.

Deputy Gustavo Gayer told the European Parliament: there are hundreds and hundreds of political prisoners. "I'm talking about the biggest democratic country in Latin America."

"Elon Musk published the emails of former Twitter employees before he took over Twitter, in which Alexandre de Moraes ordered Twitter to censor all the right-wing politicians, to delete posts, to delete profiles – and to delete them while not saying it was a judicial order."

Top down

Brazil's clampdown on dissent comes straight from the top.

Following the election of Oct 2022, Brazil's attorney general said his office should combat misinformation and attacks on democracy.

The National Prosecutor's Office for the Defense of Democracy (PNDD) should take legal action whenever it thinks democracy is undermined.

The Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship in Feb 2023 set up a working group for "combatting hate speech and extremism" paying special attention to social networks.

In practice this means journalists who are critical of the government or who investigate corruption are attacked, often by "squads" of influencers who begin as sleeper cells, toiling away at pop and entertainment, celebrity and gossip, identity politics and even finance.

These online hit squads are then activated to rally their followers against government opponents or in favour of official policy.

An investigation by Brazilian journalist David Agape reveals that the government's use of influencers, bots and doxers has nothing to do with truth or the lack of it, and everything to do with day-to-day political tactics.

Worldwide clampdown

This is worrying because around the world governments are using the "defence of democracy" to pass laws giving official regulators the power to decree right from wrong, and to censor and fine those with whom they disagree.

We are not in a post-truth world. Truth stands, no matter how often a lie is repeated. It is precisely because truth is rock solid that governments descend to using tactics to reshape the political landscape or to queer the pitch — a phrase that comes from street markets where traders would manipulate the location or pitch of their stalls to take business from others.

This is in no ways limited to Brazil. Germany is considering banning its largest opposition party, Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) in order to "protect democracy."

In the U.S. similar vested interests are trying to keep former president Donald Trump from another term by prosecuting and disqualifying him.

The European Commission is unelected; its bureaucrats and commissioners are appointed. That has not stopped them lecturing the people about misinformation. The EC is enforcing the EU Digital Services Act.

Commissioner Thierry Breton sent a letter to Facebook/Meta's Mark Zuckerberg after the Hamas attack of Oct 7: "We are seeing a surge of illegal content and disinformation… I expect you to be in touch with the relevant law enforcement authorities and Europol, and ensure that you respond promptly to any requests."

Like the EC, Australian bureaucrats are pushing through digital ID with minimal scrutiny. One can be near certain that it will be used to limit the freedom to comment online.

Former New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern said at the start of the Covid response, "We will continue to be your single source of truth… Unless you hear it from us it is not the truth."

Canada was the first "democracy" to dox, sanction and defame citizens for supporting the trucker convoy against vaccine mandates and restrictions on freedom of movement.

MindWar

MindWar is the doctrine developed in the 1980s by Col Michael A. Aquino, a psychological intelligence officer with the U.S. Army and a founder of the Temple of Set, and now used by Western military on their own population as part of 5th generation warfare. It works like this:

"Essentially you overwhelm your enemy with argument. You seize control of all of the means by which his government and populace process information to make up their minds, and you adjust it so that those minds are made up as you desire."

Ban, exile, extradition

Journalist and former priest Allan dos Santos who is now an exile in the United States confirmed on Mario Nawfal's Twitter/X Space that his bank account in Brazil had been frozen, preventing him from paying for medical treatment for relatives.

Dos Santos was targeted by former Twitter head of security Yoel Roth in 2021 after individuals connected to Instituto Vero, an NGO partner of the TSE's programme to combat disinformation, as being "very problematic for us in Brazil."

Roth was famously involved in the decision to ban president Donald Trump's Twitter account the same year.

The initial pretext for censoring dos Santos was his questioning of the Covid vaccine, but Felipe Neto of Instituto Vero also cited his criticism of Brazil's government in general – and this was during the administration of president Jair Bolsonaro.

You can see that what's been labelled the "censorship industrial complex" is not concerned with veracity but compliance.

YouTube had closed dos Santos' account in 2021 on a request from the federal supreme court, STF, which the next year handed down decision suspending one of his Twitter accounts globally on the basis of fitting a "conspiracy theorist profile."

The STF is still investigating him and has filed a request for him to be extradited back to Brazil.

Twitter Files Brazil

Brazil's political prosecutors are enraged after investigations by Michael Shellenberger, and colleagues David Ágape and Eli Vieira, titled, "Twitter Files Brazil."

The supreme court justice Alexandre de Moraes has demanded Twitter provide internal data and documents which expose how the court ordered the censoring of members of Brazil's Congress and party leaders including former president Jair Bolsonaro's Liberal Party and Marcel van Hattem of the NOVO party.

Supporters of current president Lula da Silva have asked for direct messages between private users to be disclosed.

De Moraes also demanded certain Twitter/X users be deplatformed.

Twitter/X owner Elon Musk says he will refuse to censor accounts in line with demands by Brazil's supreme court.

He responded that de Moraes should resign or be impeached.

Brazil's attorney general Jorge Messias criticised Musk for failing to comply. "We cannot live in a society in which billionaires domiciled abroad have control of social networks."

Messias has no problem with the likes of George and Alex Soros or Pierre Omidyar, as we shall see.

So far the platforms Locals and Rumble have not complied with demands.

Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) comprises seven justices, including its head Alexandre de Moraes. He, along with three electroal justices also sit on the supreme court (STF).

CIA and 'alt' media

From the beginning of their administrations Trump and Bolsonaro were accused of weaponising social media. Accusations that Russian online operatives generated content to sway the popular vote were thoroughly disproven - but the allegations of digital manipulation continued.

We now know that state security in the U.S. in the form of the Department of Homeland Security, CIA and FBI had thoroughly infiltrated social media and were using algorithms to promote content they deemed favourable while paying Twitter, for example, to ban accounts they did not like.

Bolsonaro was accused of running a "digital militia," allegations that persist more than a year after he left office, mainly through the efforts of supreme court minister de Moraes and his "fake news inquiry" or witch hunt.

9. 3 Crises: The Paths Of Diplomacy And Bomb Throwing

(1,400 words or a 7 minute update.)

UN urges restraint over Europe's biggest nuclear plant Zaporizhzhia

Apr 10, 2024

Israel withdraws from Gaza but not before a missile strike on Iran's embassy in Syria. Ukraine launches another bomb at a nuclear power plant the day after UN inspectors report on previous attacks on Zaporizhzhia.

Russia's foreign minister is received by China's president Xi Jinping, as they discuss the West's attempt to isolate them.

Diplomats or bombs: it is a straightforward choice and each camp has its enthusiastic adherents.

A Russian investigative committee into the Crocus expo centre massacre in Moscow on Mar 22 is probing the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, which it accuses of financing terrorism and assassinations in recent years.

Burisma is ground zero for the Ukraine regime, being a revenue stream for the country's oligarchs and a source of money laundering for U.S. oligarchs and politicians such as the Biden family (see below).

At the root is competition for resources and against the construction of rival financial alliances.

In this sense the conflict in Israel cannot be separated from East Africa and the jockeying for Red Sea ports and shipping lanes; for minerals in Africa to build SMART cities and electric everything; to France's embarrassing split with its former colonies in Africa; and the attempt to stop Russia as an energy supplier, first to Europe, then the world.

Russia's ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, said it had long been Washington's plan to block its exports of energy resources including natural gas.

He said this was a "blatant thirst for profit, multiplied by neocolonial aspirations" but it is also stock British policy going back centuries to suppress Russian influence in Eurasia and in particular the linkage of German manufacturing prowess with Russian energy.

Division and misdirection

While the Anglo-American Establishment, in prof Carroll Quigley's framing, promotes religious schism as a way to provoke war, redraw borders and install compliant dynastic rulers, the media is given the task of hiding and obfuscating this policy.

Apr 6, 2024

In Oklahoma they plan to close schools for two days; in Texas heavy trucks are banned from the roads.

A four-hour event is bringing people to their knees.

In ages past, people knew little beyond their borders and an eclipse was an event that shook the known world.

But eclipse is not a universal event. Quite the opposite: what you see depends on where you stand. It is a matter of perspective.

The Apr 8 eclipse will first be visible over the South Pacific, and then from Mexico, the United States and Canada.

An eclipse is an emotional experience for some. According to clinical psychologist Kate Russo it is both physical and mental, even hypnotic. [1]

As for the media, the mania is the message. If your head is not swivelling like a camera on a selfie stick, you ain't hip to hysteria. Such fear mongering is familiar from global freezing (1970s) to global boiling (2020s) to Extinction Rebellion, the War on Terror, TDS and Russiagate, the invisible viruses and the rebranded flu.

Some will argue that the West began losing its collective sanity long ago, somewhere between the abdication of will (predestination) 500 years ago and today's conflation of will and desire (libidinal nominalism).

There is a quasi-religious aspect which Michael Shellenberger has called millenarian, in the sense of apocalyptic religious movements.

Millenarianism is the anticipation of a cataclysm preceding the arrival of the Messiah or Utopia. Today's extinctionists borrow from the Gnostics the idea that the Earth is imperfect and that God sent his Son to try to fix it; from Sabbatean Frankists the conviction that they must transgress religious and social norms to expunge evil and find true holiness; from the Malthusians who found another way of asserting that Creation was flawed — and have for the past 200 years predicted mass starvation if not the imminent collapse of civilisation.

This may be the end of days and there is plenty of reason, looking around, to see the beginning of sorrows.

Yet there are many who anticipate, and seek to accelerate, the end times without an ounce of religious belief.

Self-identified "rebels" rouse the youth to protest, and receive prime time billing on state-corporate television, accusing those same state-corporate interests of ignoring the climate crisis.

And they say religion is manipulative!

Crisis of capitalism

Some openly seek to remake the world in their own image. They finance a Greek chorus of media and street artistes to wail that they are acting too slowly.

The truth is that politicians talk about climate all the time. If they don't do anything, that is by design. Actions always speak louder than words.

What campaigners rarely acknowledge is the glaring absence of any plan to gradually shift from the intensive use of hydrocarbons.

We would have to live differently: build homes with new layouts and materials (or old - see the Persian Wind Tower) that cool or retain heat; change traditional living patterns and share utilities; grow our own food, to save on supermarket deliveries; capture and filter water locally; teach children at home, or at least locally, so that we no longer need costly high schools.

The young might embrace such a new start if it was presented to them.

Did you hear anything like that from politicians or corporations?

Instead, the state corporate media and the banks have the youth running around in Che Guevara shirts demanding, "We want a mortgage, and we want it now!"

MindWars

This discombobulation of Millennials and younger — hurry up and wait; hope and change; protest yet demand to be a debt slave just like your parents — is to keep them on the credit treadmill and exclude social change that would threaten the wealth, control and power of the owner investors.

Instead, the governments offer cascading crises, permanent emergency and the Great Shutdown — of farms, oil pipelines, gas stoves and heaters, internal combustion engines and, soon we are told, air travel.

See Rule By Mind War And Disinformation (Nov 22, 2022)

Politicians are not trying find an alternative way of life. They intend to shut it down, while milking the current financial system as long as they can. They do not see emergency as a call to action. They see it as a means to an end.

If this is a crisis of capitalism, the decline of imperialism, it is a reset from which finance capital plans to benefit.

State of Exception

You see that I have not questioned the Climate Change narrative nor objected that many of the "wildfires" have been set by arsonists, and I haven't challenged the argument that Climate Change is "essentially a product of a global capitalist mode of production."

I do not need to question those premises in order to refocus the argument on the failure to respond. Like Covid, in order to understand Climate Change you need not debate whether, like a virus, it is real. You only need to look at the response to see that it does not do what it says on the tin.

It is a red flag when any journalist gets stuck on the issue of "denier" and fails to progress to solutions. The Guardian for years has suggested "climate denial" should be akin to "Holocaust denial" and that deniers be cancelled, sent to Coventry, their tongues cut out.

Catastrophe is the means to an end. The so-called response is a lie.

This is hardly the Left's much-championed decline of capitalism. The finance capitalists say they want to clear the lot of us off the land, repeating the Highland Clearances and Enclosure Acts to get at the resources and rewild the best parts into safari parks for the elite. It was an earlier land grab in England, the Dissolution of the Monasteries in the 16th century, which drove the capital creation that enabled mercantilism and imperialism.

The Club of Rome, named after the Rockefeller retreat on Lake Como, admitted as much in The First Global Revolution, (Club of Rome, 1993):

"In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill… All these dangers are caused by human intervention and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then is humanity itself."

Per ardua ad astra

Celestial forces have always played a role in human thinking and the way we are ruled. With the decline in religion something took its place: and the Moon landings are a central pillar of the official worldview.

People interact less with physics, nature, making stuff, factory work, practical skills — or the modern lack of them. They read less. Television and the Internet have taken their place.

It began with the Moon landings. Here the celestial stars were merged with the Colgate smiles of stars on Earth.

This inverted our relationship with the heavens. The space missions yielded technologies that were out of this world: Teflon and HAZMAT suits and TV dinners and everlasting batteries.

More dangerous, perhaps, we swallowed unquestioningly the elixir of science as religion: that scientists have our best interests at heart; that things can only get better; that we need only trust and forget.

Too late we are discovering that technology has no logic, let alone morality. It goes. It does. That's it.

We have to set it in service of something: to favour peace over war, to feed the many not the few, to deny technology primacy and set beauty as society's highest goal and, ultimately, to decide what is good or evil.

Neil Armstrong said at the White House in 1994 on the 25th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing: "There are great ideas undiscovered, breakthroughs available to those who can remove one of truth's protective layers. There are places to go beyond belief." [2]

Truth's protective layers have served us well during Event Covid. We are asked to believe in the efficacy of the mask, Perspex shields, six feet of distance, the rule of six people and lots of other hexes.

We are assured that science works by consensus, that the virus often has no symptoms and that we should therefore lock up healthy people.

Life-threatening side effects are signs the vaccine's working. Being fully-vaccinated is a progressive state that may always require more boosters and does not stop transmission or symptoms. Catching Covid gives you better protection than the vaccine — but it's the unvaccinated who are always the threat. [3]

Is there is a connection — apart from the fact the last Moon landing happened in 1972 and that by gematria the value of Covid-19 is 72?

We are facing a one world government that says imagine you'll own nothing and there's "no religion, too" — "losing my religion," along with freedom of speech.

Without the Moon landings we could not have had Event Covid. Everything would have been clear as day: implausible coincidences and unjust demands. No-one would have believed it, "someone would have talked" — no! Everyone would have talked. Real skeptics would have brandished Occam's Razor not the fake skeptics that always, but always, support the official narrative.

Instead we live in twilight. Every government and every news outlet urges us on with identical slogans. The repetition and consistency makes it true. Even the same synchronized errors prompt not skepticism but ever-greater trust. Don't think for yourself, you can do better — build back better.

And we are urged to look up to the sky, in an eclipse, at the absence of light.

There is another twist to our story that recalls the age between the two Elizabeths, I (died 1603) and II (died 2022).

John Dee, Elizabeth I's astronomer, is an influential figure in the esoteric world. He was a proponent of "monas" or the oneness of the world which begat its complexity.

Dee said that Mars, in the ascendant, marked the rise of a great empire and the fall of another. We're currently transitioning from the Age of Pisces to Age of Aquarius. Though astrologers don't agree about exact dates, some suggested Age of Aquarius began in Dec 21 2020 when Saturn entered Aquarius and an alignment of Jupiter and Saturn took place.

Far from the age of "brotherhood of man" it is also a technological age in which machinery rivals humans; technology that will have negatives as well as positives.

The astrologer Robert Wilkinson says the transition began about 230 years ago from the Age of Pisces, gradually replacing the divine right of monarchs with horizontal social networks.

It continues to influence many people, including in the corporate world and among rulers. [4]

The journalist Pepe Escobar points out that the Mongols, creators of the biggest empire in history, often consulted the planets before big decision, such as the invasion of Baghdad-Babylon in 1258 and similarly the Ottomans, before their conquest of Constantinople in 1453.

Astrologist Vanessa Guazzelli, in conversation with Escobar, noted the upcoming Saturn-Neptune conjunction in 2026 at 0º of Aries is associated with socialism and communism. Whether we tilt to those -isms or a techno-feudalism hangs in the balance.

"I'd say at this moment we are past the mid-point. It could, initially, go towards multiple systems in two branches: on the one hand, the freshness of the Eastern winds inspiring socialism and multipolarity through the Belt and Road Initiative and the integration of Eurasia and its partners; on the other hand, the whirlwind of the collapsing empire and its Western allies as a terminator cyborg operated by the perverse 0.0001% who are so lifeless they cannot conceive other people's right to exist.

"When I first heard about it in June 2020, it astonished me how they set the "Great Reset" for January 2021, so close to the Great Mutation at the end of December 2020. I doubt this is a mere coincidence or "synchronicity." J P Morgan is known to have affirmed that millionaires don't need astrologers, but billionaires do." [5]

Guazzelli quotes Michel Foucault in Les Mots et les Choses (1966) that by "taking a relatively short chronological sample within a restricted geographical area, such as European culture since the sixteenth century, one can be certain that man is a recent invention within it."

Foucault is referring to man as the construct of the past few hundred years and Guazzelli suggests that his passing represents the necessary end of Eurocentrism. This is another jumping off point where the open minded will take seriously the injunction of UN envoy on migration Peter Sutherland that Europeans must be diluted until they cease to exist. That is another discourse. [6]

Which takes us back to trade. The two Elizabethan eras bookend the rise and fall of European empire.

The first saw the expansion of shipping that competed with and eventually overtook the Silk Road. The end of this age, and the dawning of a new one, could finally see its return in the shape of China's Belt and Road Initiative.

There is much to consider that is beyond the scope of these articles — no need to repeat what others write — just be aware that the mere anticipation of the eclipse on Apr 8 will be used to reinforce the dominant narratives.
